God is Just
Wordsworth said that the key to great writing is for it to be emotion "recollected in tranquillity". This will not be great writing. The world has lost two amazing people last night, people who I knew well and saw as friends. They have both left behind family, people who loved them and a church that worshipped with them. What I find myself clinging onto is what our minister, Donald, preached on last night (at the exact same time as the accident that took their lives): God is just. No matter how messed up this world is (and it is messed up beyond belief it seems to me) we must keep faith that the God who holds mercy and justice above all is in there somehow. My prayers go to the others that were involved, especially those that lived and must live with such terrible remorse. I don't know when I'll write on here again, if ever. Matt was so involved in this and it pains me to think that the last contact we had was through something so banal as the blogspot comment system.

I understand the pain, it hurts like crazy, two wonderful people have been taken away. They loved life and both were people you could honestly say lived a fun filled life. I have lost two close and dear friends, I will morn them, but I will carry on doing what I did before. That is right and that is what they would want. Ben please keep up the Blog I can put my hand on my heart and say Matt would enjoy reading your entries, as I am sure Heidi will enjoy them.
